Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We deliver across Czechia in 5 to 8 business days.

 

Shipping Rate

We charge a flat shipping rate of 399 Kč for all orders across Czechia.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information within 24-48 hours.

 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship items within the same order to multiple addresses. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, place separate orders for each address.
